Works nicely
Registration don't work
One of the worst networks in Germany. I will not recommend any one. Otelo will try to trap you with more data volume. But what if you have 20 or 30GB data volume and no coverage. Also, the worst customer service. I contacted many times, complained many and every time same solution that do this and this.
Never got the speed I'm paying for. Plus, connectivity drops many times in between client calls and speed fluctuate throughout the day. They contract traps the customer. Won't let you cancel contract even when their internet doesn't work half of the days. Proper scammers.

I contacted customer service but got no reply. One month so far since the last answered email. The worst ever.
its a scam company dont ever order anything !!!!
Terrible app, which also reflects their terrible customer service. Slow, laggy and sometimes won't show everything. Links not working and problems with the actual login. The priority seems to be the appearance itself, which isn't that great itself. I would prefer a clean, professional, no-fancy, but working app.

Sehr bequeme App, Tarife lassen sich schnell und ohne Aufwand umbuchen sodass mein Tarif immer zu meiner aktuellen lebens Situation passt. Ich liebe es dass man ihn monatlich ändern kann und dass man auch einfach so Datenvolumen dazu buchen kann.
